I am a 2024 grad I've completed my interview in Jan 2024 and received selection update in the month of feb 2024 and at the month end I've submitted my documents and recieved LOI in March 2024 and till now there is no update. Some of my friends are getting document resubmission mails and calls from HR. And I guess background verification is on process. So, when I can expect my joining.

I had an interview on May 21st and received the result on June 5th from the college TPO. All the processes were conducted on the Superset platform, and my status changed from "applied" to "offered." However, we have not received any email or LOI/offer letter from Capgemini yet. When we asked the TPO, they mentioned we will receive it, but they don't know when. Can you tell me when I can expect their response and the date of joining (DOJ)?

High chances that you are selected. However plese try to reach out to the hiring HR or your college placement cell. About the offer letter or LOI, this might take atleast a month, can be more or less too.

I was told I'd hear back about the results after all the interviews were done but still I haven't received any update from them... my friends who had interviewed with them had rejection mail on the same day when they got interviewed. But I'm still waiting for an mail and they haven't even told me if I'm rejected or not.. what should I do?

Hi Dear, Clearly in your case the one who were rejected have rwceived the rejection email, and seems you are selected. Try reaching out to the HR or the college placement for cross verification.

Actually i have uploaded the documents during LOI acceptance in which the passport size photo is not clear(blur) is this an issue. Note:It is on-campus hiring

Within a week, but it might take time for the HR to complete the document verification email process for the entire batch, and then start with the next step.
