Hello Brother I have a doubt please clear it I got my LOI on May 2022 as analyst and my exams are over I also done with exam Survey still I didn't got my Onboarding/ADAPT training credentials And recently they sended me a role confirmation on CSG IT enabler should I apply for this or should I wait for the Analyst post itself. hey, so one of my friends who has just joined last month as an intern in capgemini claims that there was an internal hike exam which she cracked and hence her salary which was initially 7.5 lpa (senior analyst) in now hiked to 12lpa but the upgraded job role is not yet handed over to her. Does this happen in the company? How can a salary hike from 7.5 to 12 happen when she's just a fresher and who's training even has not yet started?

As both are service based companies, u can prefer either of them, but infosys provides good training (if conducted offline) when compared to cg. It's the only factor to opt Infosys as a fresher.On the other hand cg has a good package for frehsers compared to infosys rest is same in both companies so me toh Better package wale ke saath jata + this rule of Infosys is also a disadvantage
