can we get exemption for having two flats out of capital gain? section 54 and 54 F differs. i think that from ay 20-21we have option to have two flats out of capital gain. kindly advise.thanks

You can claim exemption for two flats but just once in the lifetime. Such exemption of two flats will not be availabe when selling property next time. So plan accordingly
