I had it and product changed it to a venture one. Now I have a quicksilver my oldest card a savor one and a venture one. I have a bankruptcy 7 that will fall off in two years so I am keeping it open until the bankruptcy falls off

For me too. They were a lot of my “firsts”. My first card, and the first time I had to deal with a fraudulent charge and they were really helpful when that happened. Thank you Key!

Cap1 is just so weird. We have 2 VentureX cards, a quicksilver, a savor1, a venture, and a platinum. Not sure I even like cap1. Welcome back brother! Thanks for the video!

They only ever offered me the Venture One on my other Quicksilver card but the one they converted my Walmart card specifically gave me all those options. Thanks for being here Dugroz!

I have the Venture which I upgraded from the Quicksilver silver but honestly it's trash too so I'm going to downgrade back to the Quicksilver. I already have the Savor Card. Welcome back

@@Ritchie_The_CEO I primarily use AMEX. For my travel I use AMEX PLATINUM & Delta Plat. I really like the benefits. I use AMEX Gold for supermarket and dining but I’m willing to try Savor cuz I’m seriously considering dropping AMEX Gold due to fee increases.

Those abbreviations are very nice Anthony. Very nice. They still won’t let me PC my original QS to a S1. Only the WRC/QS is eligible. As much as it seems C1 is trying to change for the better they’re still holding on to some of their old, nonsensical ways. Thanks man. Always appreciate you! 🙏 👊

I didnt get that email i had to call and request to speak to a supervisor. I already possessed a Quicksilver card and I was not allowed to transfer the credit limit from one to another.

How did the call go overall? Capital One has a lot of complaints about customer service but the few times I’ve had to call it went well.

@Ritchie_The_CEO The call went well actually. The women explained that the System wasn't able to combine the credit limit between both of my Quicksilver accounts. However she mentioned that the account was able to upgrade between the Venture and the Savor card. I chose the Savor card.

The upgrade options are trash with the venture..would love if the savor was offered..bot understanding this company..great card wit the walmart they should let u upgrade to what u want if u have excellent credit

Exactly. I don’t think even Capital One knows how they approve people for cards or upgrades. I get the feeling things may be changing with them. I could be wrong though.
