Hi To all the dealers of CSC and the Management of CSC this is good that you have got the interchange. And now this the time period when you have to facilitate your customers to come and stay in the capital smart city this is only possible when you give them possession and remove the extra charges in any form we have paid the full amount of our villas in June 2023 in all with all the changes and now after 18 months they realised that they have asked to pay mumty charges or in the sence of extra square feet charges and some other bulshit. This is very shameful moment for the Management and Dealers because they are not interested to help those people who are giving them business.

Well explained Brother. But there is very important point. CCS management behaviour is not good with existing smart villas owners. We booked smart villas 2018 , 2019 and paid full payment in October 2022 . That deal was included everything in smart villas. Now management trying to charging exrta money with the name of mumty, stairs , square feet . Which is not justified and unfair. How come we can trust on ccs project in this situation. How come we can be further investment in Hamilton villas or 3.5 marla Hormany villas . Not possible. CCS need to prove his quality Construction and hand over the villas to original overseas buyers with charging extra money. Then overseas investors will become happy and satisfied. Can investment and can recommended to others too. So please talk with them that overseas clients having observation and worries. Regard.

I booked a "smart villa" in Capital Smart City through RBS back in 2019. Despite the name, these villas are far from smart, as CSC management hasn't even installed basic amenities like fans and hobs, which were included in the charges. It's disappointing that Habib Rafiq and CSC management, with their supposed 70 years of construction experience, have failed to handle just 100 villas in five years. Dear dealer, please inform CSC management to waive 100% of the "mumty charges," which range from 1.2 to 2.4 million per villa. This additional cost is unfairly imposed on villa owners. Furthermore, no villas in OS-East E have been delivered despite 100% payment last year. Even after paying the escalation charges, CSC management is demanding millions more, which is extremely unjust. I fear the same fate awaits Hamilton villas. A villa originally costing 50 million might end up costing 90 million due to repeated demands for escalation charges, mumty charges, and extra sqft charges from CSC.

Smart city management need to get open feedback from real customers rather then sales partners. Based on the feedback management should do corrective measures to fulfill the gaps. I am one of the customers of Smarty City overseas east E block, and totally disappointed with the quality of so called Smart villas (without any Smart features). 100% payment completed long back, first delivery commitment was June2023, however still none of of single villa is complete so far in E block of overseas east. Another surprise I received with SOD letter, extra charges imposed on the name of mumty charges around 1 Million which is totally unfair and unjustifiable. I can challenge the size of villa, which is less than the size which was published earlier. My worst experience with CSC and I pledge not to invest anymore in this society.
