I'll even admit it myself, I knew of him since 09' and slept myself. I'm glad I caught on and gave him some credit (directly said it to him) while he was alive about AK.

He was definitely going through things, the hip hop climate was not into lyrics 2012, this is a great Steez history piece. You can see his frustration, he knew he was fire but he got frustrated with the crowd, he needed a mentor to help him through this period in an early musicians career. They just didn't know him or know the music and they probably didn't like the arrogance he was showing, he just didn't know how to handle that yet, I'm speculating, but I feel like this is what he was going through.
