Ma'am, first of all, I really appreciate ur efforts in uploading these videos. A teacher is always considered above almighty, the highly respectable profession it cud be in this whole world. I have a ques , if u cud throw some light, a private Ltd is not affected by firms value, they are more concerned with the dilution of equity I.e. the ownership shud remain with them, which can be achieved by having more equity instead of debts. So here what is best suggested , if a private Ltd, needs funds for any project, shud it raise debt or issue equity? Also is there any idle or optimal debt equity for a pvt Ltd. Or is it the same 2:1.
