CapitaLand Investment FY 2023 Financial Results Briefing

CLI’s FY 2023 Cash PATMI reached S$781 million, supported by an Operating PATMI of S$568 million and stable portfolio gains from divestments of S$2.1 billion. Fee-Income Related Business revenue rose 9% from S$984 million in FY 2022 to S$1,070 million in FY 2023, anchored by higher lodging management and commercial management contributions.
CLI remains optimistic about the future, anticipating renewed momentum and growth in its businesses as the global economy improves. As such, CLI announced that its target is to double its FUM to S$200 billion by the end of 2028.
