When people find out about Ramadan in Islam.😲(Mandatory Fasting Month) + God has advised us to also fast throughout the rest of the year in much shorter intervals (Optional). Things like waking up for the morning prayer at 5am, Scientists are only recently finding out about the benefits of waking up that early when Muslims have been doing it for thousands of years. Strongly recommend doing your own research to learn and educate yourself about Islam. ❤

@@valentino9230 Cherry picking what suits you, and the rest everyone can forget am i right. Wait till people find out Islam is based on geocentrism. Or that humans were made from clay, and that we all come from a giant incest. Or that all organisms were created in pairs. Or that the earth is flat. Or that birds flight is a miracle. But sure... because islam got possibly this thing right, then you should study a whole religion that was based on other divine books from the time and stole other religions ideas and stories. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. You shouldn't look at what islam got right, you should look at what islam got wrong. Maybe then, your eyes will open a bit. He said it best, it’s about how you want to live. He’s not saying, you can’t do drugs, eat like shit, be fat, be fit, do what you want, but do it consciously knowing that’s what you actually want and not because you follow society norms or anyone’s agenda. Everything that is made to profit has an agenda behind it. Do you eat breakfast because everyone else does or cause you actually want to eat it. Considering how shallow you were about the message, it shows you look at everything at face value.

Something interesting about food consumption is that it triggers dopamine release which is a common reason for overeating. It's possible that you're not hungry, but rather suffering from dopamine/serotonin deficiency. If you're staying physically active and/or social, so that you receive these releases through different means, your cravings should, according to personal experience, subside.

I agree with majority of the points in this video and definitely the idea as a whole, but I wanna investigate breakfast being “invented” - families in villages of many cultures (I know specifically many middle eastern cultures) for hundreds of years (to my knowledge) have been eating breakfast lol. Meat, eggs, cucumber, tomato, yoghurt, bread, you name it. I don’t think this originated from propaganda if it’s something culturally imbedded globally, lol. But, maybe they picked it up from media as well. Who knows? I just imagine they’ve done it for centuries, lol.

I love how these guys search for the truth and the "right" way in life. This is an excellent crusade to take in your personal journey, but they still are clueless in many habits they take on as it looks and feel good. Just like McDonald's food, it feels good for people who love it. Always search for your own journey and goals in life; do not let anyone tell you differently. I was "forced" this week to go sleep before 8pm and wake up at 3-4am. Never ever in my life I felt so good and sharp. Usualy my routine was go to sleep at 2am and get up at 10am. Massive difference! So I guess I'll go for 5AM guy too.

Unless you know basic nutrition. Sodium is needed in liquid for you body to actually hydrate, not that coke is some sort of hydration fluid however it’s nutrition is on likes of Powerade.

it's just basic stuff everyone should know : sugar = bad, doing exercices, discipline ... it make the scene interesting for some ppl because the other guy is totally clueless. also, there is some mistakes. Avoiding breakfast is a terrible mistake. It's de-regulates cortisol, wich is one of the most important hormone who regulate stress and a lot of thing in your body. Do this, andyour cortisol is fckd up for the rest of the day, and the only way to reset it, is to go to sleep.

They didn't mention the part about if you do fasting the wrong way it'll do more harm than good. Constipation, mood swings, anxiety...etc. Not saying that intermittent fasting isn't good to do on occasion. I'm saying look into how to do it right for you. It's not a "cure all".

More on the point of sodium and sugar in products, the sodium is not to make you more thirsty, it's to cover up the taste of sugar. So they can add MORE sugar without messing up the blizz-point of the product. So they add more sugar, making you more addicted to sugar.

Breakfast is when we should be eating like kings allowing us to burn off all that food during the day, lunch is when we should eat something half full and at about 3-4pm should eat something light for dinner. This means that we get all our energy in the morning, meant to eat dinner meals in the morning therefore throughout the day you actually use your energy. Changing your eating cycle around will make you drop kilos alone in weight. Your mind will be clearer.

The feeling of hunger is not that your body needs fuel… your body has enough fat to fuel it for 50 marathons. It’s just the sensation of your stomach shrinking. Let it shrink. Eat smaller sized low Glycemic index( low sugar based) higher clean protein meals; Then you won’t feel hungry, have energy from not being tired from digesting big meals, And you will automatically be lean.

Wow I was literally drinking a Coca-Cola while watching this. It’s the zero sugar type I know it’s all a scam. But at least I don’t eat fast foods and I fast from eating and drinking twice a week sunrise to sunset - I’ve been doing it for 6 years nonstop. It even reflects on your skin forget your body- I look at least 5-6 younger most people think I’m 24-26. Def try it.

Btw, just to share with you all. I "cold turkey" stopped ordering food, I'm not heavy and I look like I could use some weight. Yet my diet was horrible, eating 4-5 x a day and fastfood mostly. Now I cook since November 28th (except 21st of December) and cooked every single day at home. It's boring, it's especially hard to be disciplined, but I feel more energised these days than in the past few months with fastfood and red bull 🙂

He is right for everything except that "your body will only focus on digesting your food at night" In fact, in my experience, it mostly repairs and detoxes me rather than digesting food in my stomach because that is just acid doing its thing dude. He is right about addiction and self-awareness though.

0:57 that’s a good way to think, always be conscious of what you eat. I like to consider my options heavily. •eat what I want because it’ll satisfy me now. •eat what I’m supposed to because my future self is depending on me. For my health, for my kids, for my love life, for my quality of life. I’m doing my best to be disciplined in hindsight, I always could be doing better. I’m trying my best to not be a fat fuck.
