Or that humans were made from clay, and that we all come from a giant incest. Or that all organisms were created in pairs. Or that the earth is flat. Or that birds flight is a miracle. But sure... because islam got possibly this thing right, then you should study a whole religion that was based on other divine books from the time and stole other religions ideas and stories. Something interesting about food consumption is that it triggers dopamine release which is a common reason for overeating. It's possible that you're not hungry, but rather suffering from dopamine/serotonin deficiency. If you're staying physically active and/or social, so that you receive these releases through different means, your cravings should, according to personal experience, subside.

I agree with majority of the points in this video and definitely the idea as a whole, but I wanna investigate breakfast being “invented” - families in villages of many cultures (I know specifically many middle eastern cultures) for hundreds of years (to my knowledge) have been eating breakfast lol. Meat, eggs, cucumber, tomato, yoghurt, bread, you name it. I don’t think this originated from propaganda if it’s something culturally imbedded globally, lol. Tate's brother regrets inviting you. You made over 1000 videos from a single friendly invite and shared all the gifts you gave. Just appreciate the invitation, have a good time, and be yourself.

Wow I was literally drinking a Coca-Cola while watching this. It’s the zero sugar type I know it’s all a scam. But at least I don’t eat fast foods and I fast from eating and drinking twice a week sunrise to sunset - I’ve been doing it for 6 years nonstop. It even reflects on your skin forget your body- I look at least 5-6 younger most people think I’m 24-26. Def try it.

it is zero (table) sugar. It has all the other sugars other than table sugar. It is a trick so that people can buy these drinks in the name of zero sugar.

I'd love to sit down and share knowledge with you guys and learn from you. These are the type of conversations you should have in a (business/friends) group. No gossip, no jealousy, no 'haha you fat' jokes. But calming and supportively helping them understand and hear what they need to understand and hear. LOVE YOU GUYS!

Btw, just to share with you all. I "cold turkey" stopped ordering food, I'm not heavy and I look like I could use some weight. Yet my diet was horrible, eating 4-5 x a day and fastfood mostly. Now I cook since November 28th (except 21st of December) and cooked every single day at home. It's boring, it's especially hard to be disciplined, but I feel more energised these days than in the past few months with fastfood and red bull 🙂

He is right for everything except that "your body will only focus on digesting your food at night" In fact, in my experience, it mostly repairs and detoxes me rather than digesting food in my stomach because that is just acid doing its thing dude. He is right about addiction and self-awareness though.

He said that the body is supposed to heal during sleep and rest but when you eat right before bed you remove those benefits and replace the work with digestion

0:57 that’s a good way to think, always be conscious of what you eat. I like to consider my options heavily. •eat what I want because it’ll satisfy me now. •eat what I’m supposed to because my future self is depending on me. For my health, for my kids, for my love life, for my quality of life. I’m doing my best to be disciplined in hindsight, I always could be doing better. I’m trying my best to not be a fat fuck.
