maybe i am bias because i'm a swiftie but i don't understand how people don't like her personality. the first thing she does is shoutout her band/singers then she talks about all the work put into the stage. i never seen an artist talk so much to their audience and then she says she'd rather hear them sing other than herself. the fact that she introduces herself is so humble. only one thing to love about her and she does all these things at concerts too.
