I think I understand what the message is. At the end of the music video, one of the guys wakes up. I think the song is trying to relate to the world and young adults/teens, and how some are christians and we dream of a life dating someone, when really it's not your time yet (gods timing). And we have this mind set of, no I want to be in this forever, when really we're suppose to be in gods love forever not someone else's. The time to date is always in gods hand not yours, can't jump ahead in the beautifully written story of your life. So I think the capital kings are trying to show a reality more than them showing who they are? Showing the way the world is, and the struggle, but still god is our main helper and our priority. But I could be wrong, I was trying to find the good in the music video after reading the comments full of confusion. 👍🏼 He also says at the beggining. "Stuck in this dream so I'll keep sleeping" and he was saying how she's all that he needs. When in reality he needs the lord. But to escape the pain of the world, he wants this life in his dream, "just for a moment".

I can totally relate to this song when I think of my marriage (a great gift from God) and all of those husband-wife peaceful moments that are to be searched for and treasured in the middle of the everyday life routine. When you're a teenager you shouldn't be too wild but act responsibly, putting things in perspective. When you're married and have responsibilities and daily duties, you need to try and seize the moment when it's time to relax, have fun and forget about everything but your spouse. And if you wish those moments never ended, it means you're doing it right. :)
