Sir actually I have a doubt What if risk related to a company is negative Say for example govt bans plastic In this case risk related to plastic involved company would be higher So accordingly beta would be higher of that company And according to formula higher the beta higher would be the return of that company But how is could be possible sir, whose main line of business is banned how the company would generate profits , as a result of which no returns to equity shareholder?? Kindly clear this doubt sir , it would great help from your side.

Sir at then end while calculating prise of share with old beta came to be 31.2 and new increased beta is 27.4 which is less. So is increase in beta bad? As share prise is falling
