Technically, he kinda is.. apparently this beat was made for him to use on Life After Death but he passed on it. Nashiem Myrick then gave the beat to CNN. After they recorded it, Nash felt the record was missing something. So he showed the track to Diddy and BIG when they were in LA and asked them what he should do to it. Apparently both of them gave their insight on the track and told him what little nuances to add. While they were working on it, BIG called Nore and told him when he came home, he was gonna lay his verse down for the remix. This is why this song spiritually FEELS like a Biggie song because it was made for him and he kinda co-produced it..
