for the Olympic question, for pretty much everyone it would be the 100m sprint. just an average person could get close to that record (within 3-4 seconds). this is because we practice it everyday. and also humans are just optimised for that sport in general. this is also proved by the fact that the Olympic Record has only improved by ~ 0.8 seconds or so since the 1960s (or somewhere around that time). so there is only so much that we can do to optimise a sport that is already 99.999% optimised
