Why do you have to have repeat tool box talks. Either your not getting your point across or they don’t listen. Surely PPE, health and safety van tidyness and presentation doesn’t change month to month. They should know the standard when they sign that contract. Take this as advice more than criticism you know what your doing but that’s time wasted IMO. Yours Martin
