Omg you describe exactly what happen to me yesterday... karmic ex husband and kids father cancer guy! He’s a true narcissist every time he comes around he’s such an asshole every time he communicates he’s snotty. yesterday he pushed me to the end and I went off I mean I said everything I held back on not saying but I felt so bad speaking like that because I don’t like saying or doing things on purpose to hurt anyone feelings but I knew holding on to his energy was keeping me from moving forward with my true heart desires but I’m happy I was able to stand in my truth. I am hoping to heal from this soon... but I’m so tired because he has done nothing but make me feel guilty for being true to me... and not falling pressure to his needs cause he knew how it as feeling. My father has cancer and I am dealing with my own issues... yet.... i feel i was expected to make sure he was okay... and no one made me feel i was loved or cared for..... God... i hope.... I heal from this...

I'm holding some toxic thoughts about my ex who left me in January, last contact in March, then we saw each other on the street for a one second in June. Since that eye contact I'm so sad in this retrograde period. Hoping to let go of this bad thoughts.
