Yes, the sexual chemistry and the passion is not reproducible. My body simply aches to be with my equal and my heart breaks over and over in every moment we spend uncommitted. Emotionally, I feel that’s the part everyone could spend a life time searching for and I cannot understand why it is not our foundation. All the rest of life and the world can be worked out…. But will either of us ever find that level of connectivity? I doubt it. I just want to be there all the time. It’s the pinnacle of fulfillment in that aspect of my life. It leaves me feeling like they are lying to me because it feels impossible for me to walk away and equally impossible to believe that it could get better. When you love the way they smell, the way they taste, the way they kiss, and the peace that is created when you are in one another’s arms, how all the hurts seem to fade. You find yourself crying without a cause at work and you realize it’s because you are day dreaming about those moments and you are still morn the after 12 years because they are married and they are back having an affair with you because the other person is passionless.

Incredible read Cristina. We were both alcoholics when we dated a year ago. I decided to get sober - it's been a hard road but so healing. (The temperance card has come to mean sobriety for me.) He caused me too much pain and I don't know if i can reconnect with him in a serious way, but I'm praying he gets sober too. He'll be amazing when he does.

True appreciation for this timely read. As retrograde has had me feeling vacant and just floating along. The accuracy was amazing! I felt his inability to give his emotion or heart, and I felt it was me causing it. Codependent as all get out. I saw his lack but never my character deficit and we both contributed to our demise. So much that I encouraged him to take time to address his childhood issues, as I saw them to be. ( He never said what prevented his lack of commitment). I started emotionally breaking away until I finally went silent. The healing was intense and took many months of self evaluation to see my part. As added information...during that whole period of being arms length, he was experiencing a sibling major illness and death...whew. So accurate and confirmation of my current situation. I’m the Cap sun he’s an Aries. There was obsession, jealousy, addiction, betrayal and so much more. We went through it all and he put me through literal hell. I obliged thinking I deserved such awful behavior so I was complacent and needed many wake up calls to rediscover my worth. He hasn’t done the work in the team project and has tried to pass all of my blood sweat and tears off as a group or team effort. Hell no. I can't help to have the occasional thought of their return for whatever reason they may. No matter what the expression would be, a voice inside me tells me they will not. The vulnerability to express then, will keep them from coming forth now. What resides, is the utter most feeling of rejection once again, but yet so much bigger. The real sting! As a student of nutricional, I beg you, please, don’t do protein shakes. You don’t News them… You only need a little bit of protein a day (80-120g - could be a little bit more as a professional athlete. More than that is bad for you organism. It is bad for your kidneys blecaute them have to get rid of that excess protein. And it is alto bad for your cardiovascular system because of the excess saturated fat.

I think we're jumping to conclusions, here. I understand your concerns but I did not state what I use and why. Mine are hand constructed protein smoothies, not mass manufactured shakes or powders with high quantities of sugars and flavor substitutes. My body requires additional protein, I am advanced hypothyroid (non functioning gland) and I train 5 days a week. My average resting heart rate is 45 bpm. Without additional protein in my diet, I suffer real, painful consequences and it shows in my blood panels. Do take into consideration everyone's health profile is different. And I choose what's best for me based on being informed against my own needs, not others' needs or what may be intended as good advice for most people. Thyroid medications are good, but not for anyone who does not need them. The same is true for such things like protein supplementation. While much may be anti-health, for the right person, and the right protein supplement, it makes the difference between increasing quality of life (such as myself), and decreasing quality of life 😊

some ppl, like me do protein shakes simply because they dont get in enough thru food a day or supplement it like she does thru exercise., im in nutrition as well have been for 4 years, ive been food and nutrition supervisor, dietary aide, to currently dietary aide/nutritionist and working way up slowly wanting to be a nurse./cna.while i understand what youre saying you shouldnt rely on them as intake for protein, as you shouldnt, theyre being used correctly as just that a supplement as to how shes taking them. done correctly youre fine taking protein shakes.theres people i deal with on a daily that need fortified food on a daily/protein shakes/boost shakes ect. just because they dont get it thru other forms, as long as your body is getting it in a form..and youre perfectly healthy else wise you are fine.

A lot of your readings have been resonant for me lately, but this one is wild! Thank you 🥹 he really is an absolutely wonderful human, he was just in too much pain… but I am a lovely human too and I couldn’t hurt myself any more. Walking away was the self love I needed. I also trusted that if it was for me, then it would return. I have always known that it’s very much for me. But sometimes fear gets in the way. Not anymore though.
