I'd just like to add as a supervisor over the years, I've learned to let people who think they know better go ahead and do whatever it is they are going to do. If it fails it fails miserably and they screw up. But I warn them before hand and I let them know I made it clear. Then if the big boss or owner ask what happen. I explain what happened and that I warned them before hand. Then I say they been here long enough to know not to do that because it's been brought up orally and or in safety meetings. You're reading is so crazy My mom has dementia, it has been an extremely hard thing for me to deal with the yelling back and forth cleaning up terrible messes to even love has been tried on every end. I think as a caregiver dementia or Alzheimer's is the hardest thing for any family to deal with especially when the family members that were to help you have turned their backs unless money is involved. To top this off My husband passed away in 2021 right as my mom had come to live with us what a hard thing for me to go through. Now I have a new relationship but the strain of taking care of my mom has been trying needless to say but because I love her because I wanted to do this for her; she didn't want to go to a nursing home I continue to try my very best to take care of her.
