Love this! On my birthday last week, I was doing my self-reiki and the message that I heard was "Do the uncomfortable thing". This is empowering me to take action on the smaller things. As well as that, I am actively seeking out stuff that I need to make me happy. A passion that came through for me last year is dancing and I'm going to do more of that this year, as well as learning to sing. I'm getting sick of the excuses I make inside myself that stop me from going after what I really want. Tired of living a half life. There's a new, more empowered voice in my head, which I can hear more clearly now as I've been actively working on regulating my nervous system. I'm now in my 1st house profection year so it feels a bit like a rebirth!
