Been watching you a long time Gareth.. I can genuinely say I have never felt better mentally, PEACEFUL, feels like a heavy energetic weight has been lifted off of me... My toxic job, left behind.. These last three weeks of summer have been so beautiful.. spending much time in nature 🌿 It's hard to put down that defense mechanism because we've been through so much but I know, I feel the next chapter of my life is going to be the best yet 💛💫 So appreciative of your guidance.

Thank thank sooo much 💚💚 as a young child, Alway believed that something in me wasnt like everyone else. And the things i think i done wrong, as a young child i carried with me into my 50s.. Always trying to figure out how bad they were and really.. Im talking about things like knock cups of coffee or tea over the carpet, when rushing into the house. I did this 100s of times between 8+ 14. I was reminded of this by my Dad, constantly in front of auntys and family, cousins neighbours and my friends. My Mum would sort of nod saying how clumsy I was blah blah blah. But, you know, it only came to me in my 40s, that 'Why would parents, my Dad mainly, put hot cups of tea coffee on the floor on the carpet, right where he sits and is also right in the path of anyone who runs into the living room? Jeeze why the hell didnt they buy a coffee table and put the dam hot drink on top of it where it bloody should be!! I wouldn't dream of putting it on the floor where my children could burn themselve so easily, and who cares about the carpet its a thing not a human... Its goes on and on and on.. One horrid thing after another... But, you know what? Im strong and always, every single time I have got back and became stronger. I forgive the people who have been horrid to me.. I had good parentsby the way. We were never hungry and loved, i guess there was a kinda cruel side to my Dad, not physically but mentally.. Mabe he though it was funny in a strange way. I dont think he meant any harm... But, 18years ago, he was murdered, I lost him... I miss him dreadfully.. But those last 18year have been one awful thing after another. It wasnt easy beforehand as ive said.. But my God it got so much worse... Care, Compassion and Concideration.. Are the 3 Cs I live by everyday. 💛🧡💛
