Sounds like my family member who is energetic some days and bedridden other days. I have to try to shield my feelings as much as possible to keep myself from feeling what she’s feeling. People might think I don’t care, but that’s not true at all. Sometimes I have to remove myself mentally from what she’s going through because otherwise, I will feel the same way she’s feeling.

Oh this is so sad 😢 he’s been looking after his mum and has felt like a prisoner. Frankie, this reading is for me. I’m going through it at the moment with my husband up and down mood swings aggressive towards me, physical aggression at me I had to call the police on Saturday I didn’t press charges, but I’m hoping it taught him a bit of a lesson. I feel fearful of him because I don’t know when he’s gonna switch so it’s just gonna be silence in the home when he comes back, he’s got daddy issues he lacks emotional intelligence communicating I’m fearful if I speak or say anything he’ll switch on me again each week he seems to be getting worse.
