Sure, Aries would win by screwing Capricorn over but is that really the type of leader anyone wants to be? Also, Aries will never really be proud of themselves for winning that way and he will always be worried someone else might do the same to him. His rule will be restless. Being an Aries, I agree with your point that Capricorn are like older Aries. With time I have learnt to control my impulsiveness and think more about the consequences of my action than when I was younger. However, I have seen disgruntled Capricorns getting jealous of my success and praise and backstabbing me which caused a lot of hurdles in my previous job and almost made me lose it . Eventually, he realized that I was not there to make him look bad and then he stopped his antics. Finally, I was let go by a shrewd and angry-micromanaging Scorpion manager. I came to know through some of my ex co-workers that this Capricorn guy was also eliminated from the project. All of my co-workers left the team within 2 to 3 months after my elimination. Since he had connections within the organization as he was working there way longer than me, so he was able to get into another project. We still connect sometimes and he is a good friend of mine.

I can sense full rage in your post. Calm down. Not every Aries is stupid or acts childish. I have defeated Capricorn guys in such a manner that they could never face Aries again. However, not without a price. One thing that you should know is that Aries has the ability to learn from their past decisions/mistakes and we don't make the same mistake twice. I do have to agree with this that Capricorns are the ones who can come closest to defeating Aries but Aries always remain one step ahead of Capricorns once we know more about them. They may win the first round because of Aries's impulsiveness but the next rounds Aries will get Capricorns where they want them to be. Eventually Capricorns will give up and go back to their own world but Aries respects their decision to step back not because of fear, but because of public image and Aries give an 'F' to their public image once its gone bad and if that happens, they may not care for Capricorn's decision to step back and decimate them into dust.
