I am about to resign/retire. Have to give 1 months notice and am trying to hang on and give notice on 17th. Hate the job but not old enough for aged pension here in Australia until end of December. Bad tendinitis so can't work longer. Just trying to stretch money. But really just want to get stuck into my Art business.

Given notice on Saturday 7th on a commercial unit and am waiting to hear from the landlord that he accepts it, but he is a tricky individual and I have not only written a notice letter that’s brief and succinct but I also have prepared a document that sets out my legal position should he decide he wants to play games. The waiting is difficult and I am desperate for this to go smoothly so as not to affect my business
