What do you mean by “be realllllly mindful of what energy you’re putting out right now the universe doesn’t discriminate.” While also saying “if we don’t rest and heal the past it’s gonna mess with our intuition” like which way do we look right now?! Past or forward?

Just be present, recognising that your energy is amplifying. If you are sat in fear that will be received. If you are sat in gratitude likewise. I don’t remember saying anything about messing with your intuition. I did mention with the full moon in Sagittarius being in the 12th house (Cap rising), if you don’t listen to your body when it screams for rest, we tend to pay for it by the time the full moon hits the 1st house when the moon is in Capricorn.
