For me the key is to use the same strength I allowed others to take/rob me of and channel that energy into me. I reflect back at times where I was always in defense mode which absorbs so much energy and putting out fires constantly and work and operate from a place of proactive. It wasn’t easy at first and certainly easier to revert back to working from the defense , however I kept reminding myself to work through the uncomfortableness for a life of peace and comfort that I provide for ME. I mean, I cried, screamed, and had a major meltdown. It was a situation that forced the final shutdown. Her two sisters were just as cruel to their kids. I think that's why I went totally the opposite of my daughter, which wasn't good either. I'm trying to get my balance back. ❤️
