Very well presented video. Also, It's not peracetic acid. Its only acetic acid(CH3COOH) I guess which is used as bleach. Please check. Peracetic acid is a different compound

It is per acetic acid only (CH3COOOH). Here two oxygens are bonded through peroxide bond and it has tendency to release one [O] which is responsible for the bleaching action.
