Hi! One question, at 11:12 how do you know there are 6 teams? I lost there, the teams are each set of 5 primary segments in the courier ? Thank you!

There are multiple segments, but there are also multiple companies. Within CapSim there are usually 6 teams (Andrews, Chester, Baldwin, Digby, Erie, and Ferris)

Thanks for your videos. They have been a huge help in understanding the concepts. I see that I have negative values in " Next year's segment growth rate" for every segment in the capstone courier.. it seems I have entered recession. should I still go ahead? is there any mistake I did on my end?

Typically the growth rate only increases. Double check with the capstone courier. Your professor may have the course set up different.
