Not actually the money but the way our society is strongly based on it. A man who was about to lose his land and witnessed his mother killing herself because of that could tell how much money means. Regardless of all the moralistic speeches, without money people are nothing. The homeless people are the living proof of that.

Man, this is great! You guys & gals did a fantastic job! I agree with others, why doesn’t this have more views! It’s certainly deserving of it. A few years ago, I found a plethora of foreign horror and action movies superior to a lot of Hollywood’s crap. I feel the majority of the horror shorts I watch are in the same boat as the foreign stuff. Just as good as Hollywood, stuff, or better. Keep it up, everyone!

They're usually drained of blood and replaced with embalming fluid, so it wouldn't work. It needs blood. I just really wish he hadn't killed that poor dog, though. 😔

This. This was fabulous. EXCELLENT retelling of those hair raising folk tales about magic trees, fish, etc. Or even "The Monkey's Paw". Sad. Tragic. And very very human. Those actors were superb. The direction was EXCELLENT! HE KILLED HIS OWN DOG!!! VERY well done. Loved it. And also loved the moral of the story as well.

Now that is a happy ending. Money don't grow on trees, but the day it does, it becomes macabre. I really love the concept but that girl wasn't smart, she should have seen it coming. Maybe she was a bit suicidal. Of course he would pick the tree over living in an apartment in town and doing shitty jobs for small change for the rest of his life, who wouldn't...
