I cannot like this enough!! I love the idea of a capsule wardrobe. I am desperately in need of downsizing and embracing minimalism as I have a problem with buying too many things. I can’t believe you’ve managed to come up with that many outfits with only a few items. 🥰

@@ViolettaGenova I read project 333 and tried using this as an inspiration. I try to rotate my capsule for all 4 seasons. The base of my wardrobe is year round but I add or take out based on the weather. I actually have a couple of videos up on my new channel!

Oh my weight constantly fluctuate! So annoying! I have recently gained about 15 pounds and now size10/12. Had to make changes to my capsule wardrobe!

@@ViolettaGenova Thank you for replying. I am 65 and spent my whole adult life, up until a couple of years ago, struggling to keep my weight down. I ate junk food and too much of it. It was stress driven. And I simply couldn’t control it. My weight fluctuated from a UK size 12 to 22. I wasted so much money on clothes because they never fitted me for long. What I should have done, with hindsight, was to have as few clothes as possible. So that would have meant neutral colours and simple styles. And just washed and wore the same things over and over. That way, I would have at least got some wear out of them. I should also have chosen lots of elasticated waists and stretchy fabrics, as they would have been wearable for longer when my weight fluctuated. I don’t want to speak too soon, but I think I may have cracked the weight problem. I am now retired, so I don’t have the stress issue any more, and that has made a big difference. But also, a couple of years ago, I became a whole food vegan (minimal processed food, and zero animal products). As a result, I have been a steady size 8 for the last 2 years, which I am amazed and delighted about, and never thought would be possible.

It can not be stressed enough : it is not a FRENCH girl wardrobe, it is a WHITE "Bourgeoise" (upper class) girl wardrobe.... Americans needs to stop erasing non white or non upper class french poeple. More than 1 in 4 person in France is not "white". 80% of the population is a working class. 9 out of 10 don't live in Paris : We don't live in Emily in Paris...
