And because it's animated. Fluid but unrealistic movements can be displayed in animation so that its result seems smoother and pleasing to the eye. Like the way Captain Carter fights in this episode. When translated into live action, the result is how Captain Carter fought in Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022)..

Not really. Captain Carter is a bit more jaded than Steve and seems less pragmatic too, which is why she decided to journey the multiverse. To remind herself what she fights for. Although, since she had a healthy body and military training before the serum, makes sense she has some differences in power compared yo Steve.

Still, we must remember Steve grabbed a helicopter with his bare hands. It's not like they made Carter OP out of nowhere. The main difference between her and Steve lies in their personality.
