Kate is good at her job. Very creative with a decorators eye for the table settings and parties. Just don't get on her bac side. She will run to Captain Lee. Captain Lee gets on my last nerve criticizing the deck crew while sitting in his ivory tower. Being a deck hand requires physical strength, indurance, athletic ability to deal with the waves, wind and currents. So easy to sit up there and nit pic. IF he doesnt BABY SIT what has he to do? Dock the boat and eat Cherios?

MY WIFE & I WATCH THE SHOW, AND HAVE REALLY STARTED TO DETEST "THE QUEEN BEE" HOLIER-THAN-NOW-ATTITUDE NOT ONLY OF CREW BUT ALSO OF GUESTS. SHE SEEMS TO REALLY GET OFF ON STIRRING THE POT. On the last season, Thailand, Kate was completely out of line getting involved between Ashton and Rhylee. Kate is an instigator in disruptive behavior and did not act the least bit professional on the show. In ship parlance, she should stay in her own wheelhouse. Ashton is well rounded (drinking aside) and did a great job juggling Rhylee (who can’t handle any authority) and Kate (who can’t mind her own business) and running the deck. While on the job he was polite and informative and despite Rhylee’s attitude, struggled to keep her in line when in any other job she would have been fired, quickly!

A known chef is been on twice said it more than once who she had affair with called her a bitch and a manipulator out of 100 maybe 15% got along with her
