I'm definitely in the 2nd group. I have tried and tried to get these things to work for me. The weak sides are just too big of a liability, so until there is some kind of drift maneuver or fishtail mechanic available, I find they are just a waste of points.

I am going to try to get them to work by using the MC-80 and shield projection, but I have purposely not put too much upgrades on the ship so that if I lose it, it is recoverable

A few things: 1: Aux Shields Teams are only 3 points and allow you to boost the side shields in turn 1. 2: If you're running Salvation, it's almost always best to use Slaved Turrets, as you never want to be in a situation where you're firing out of two hull zones at once, since that means they can hit two of your hull zones at once.

Thanks for this video. I love the odd design of the Nebulon-B but I've always had trouble figuring out how to employ them. In my previous battle I had Mon Mothma as my admiral for the boost to evade (helpful with the large number of CR-80s and Hammerheads in my fleet) but I let my Nebulon-B get too close to the enemy and it was overwhelmed. I will certainly be using some of your suggestions the next time I play Rebels. Thank you!

For Yavaris, activate Nym first, then Keyan Farlander. It's brutal. Defender loses defence tokens, and possibly shields, which allows Keyan to reroll freely

Unfortunate that the FAQ 4.1.1 and a revised card text for Yavaris makes the simulated attack on the Gladiator at the 9-minute mark incorrect. The updated title card says that the squadrons can attack twice if they don't move _during your activation_. Once you activate the ship with Yavaris, any movement of the squadrons during that activation negates their second attack. The first B-Wing would get to shoot twice, but the squads you moved with Fighter Coordination Team would only get to shoot once during their activations. But please keep making these vids... they're great. Just a shame that FFG nerfed the Yavaris title here.

It was changed 3 years after its release. Whole world championships were played that way until the updated RRG release, which was after this video 😁

probably a one time only event but I got a Salvation with XI7s flying up the rear of an ISD that turned and wrecked my Yavaris. Oh boy was my opponent sad when I kept getting the accuracy (for brace) and 6 damage up that ISD's butt! Certainly made salvation a golden child in my eyes, taking down a Motti ISD, with only a corvette for assistance.

Slaved turrets or DTTs can go on Salvation too if you're looking for a cheap way to improve its dice

Agreed except Slaved Turrents prevents you from using Advanced Gunnery on Salvation. I feel DTTs arent that great for Salvation, although yes it can be an option.

I would be curious to hear your thoughts on the Hammerheads and if they belong in a Tournament list. Also second the MC-30.

I think Garel's Honor with Boarding Engineers has a place in some specific Dodonna fleets. They're a good way to bypass the shields of a tanky MC30. Additionally now with the release of Jyn Erso, Hammerheads might be a cheap means of getting her aboard a carrier which would effectively neuter a lot of Sloane fleets out there! - Vet.Cap Ken

Master Of The Fleet - I wonder if they will ever have a ship card that hides equipped boarding teams among whatever ships have the ship titles. Like Wraith Squadron or some such. It might be a fun meta to try and trick which hammerhead ACTUALLY has Jyn. Thank you gor the reply!

I think TRC’s are horrible with this ship, you want to engage forward facing at long range, and especially against VSD’s and ISD 2’s you want those evades to cancel red die, not to TRC, you can use Concetrate fire tokens to reroll.

Most of the time an ISD2 is going to accuracy your evade anyway. TRC was just a suggestion if you're running the Salvation title. - Vet.Cap Ken

I love your videos and the Neb B, with the new Aux Shield Team and new title I think that they can be used in many more ways, particularly with Ackbar. I was wondering if you had experimented with this yet or if you're caught up in legion at the moment?

I have experimented with both on a Neb, the results sadly still don't justify its cost over a CR90 with TRCs. Most of the time you really want to run Yavaris and spare points normally are served boosting squadrons rather than the survival of Yavaris I've found anyway. - Veteran Captain Ken

@@motf7552 Yeah i have experimented with it with ackbar and with sato and it just doesnt survive that long and can be replaced by a TRC90 like you said for cheaper or even multiple hammer heads with sato. Sad it doesnt work in reality it looked so good on paper
