This song is a timestamp for the moment EM stopped trying to get into a commited relationship with a girl. This is right after Mariah and him broke up. She would hear this song and start denying their relationship which prompted Em to release "The Warning." She continued to pull this with Nick Pussley backing her up so he put out "Bagpipes from Baghdad."
