The US does not or will not tolerate such recklessness from a so called lawmaker Kennedy who happens to be a MP. Question from the defence: Will Kennedy be considered a prime suspect in a similar situation overhere in the USA? And the obvious answer is 100% yes. Press Freedom is a fundamental right for the US and a red line crossed threatening journalists directly or indirectly. Now lets look at what Kennedy said about JB Danquah,s murder. Kennedy initially accussed JB,s wife (Ivy Heward Mills) of her involvement in the murder because Anas Aremeyaw Anas was having a sexual affairs with her, This same Kennedy accussed Anas of JB,s murder, furthermore, he accussed Mahama & other govt officials for killing JB becos, he alleges that JB had naked pictures of Mahama. This is where Kennedys case will crumble. So who killed JB, question from the defence? The lawyers will certainly make money out of this case, but any good attorney will know that, Kennedy will face some serious cross examination that will create doubts in the mind of the judge. This is a lose-lose case for Kennedy & a win-win case for Kevin Taylor. It will pave way for a counter-suit from Kevin Taylor. As for Daddy Fred, propaganda is not evidence. Kennedy has threatened violence on so many people in Ghana & its all over the internet, it will be admissible in the court. Credibility is vitally important in the law courts.
