3で一番楽しかったのが、このイタリア戦でした ライトニングタイガーをいつ日向に撃たせるか　ランピオンのロケットヘッドをどう封じるか　前半戦を最低限1失点に出来るか…etc. 戦略的な要素がめちゃくちゃ楽しかったです 更に翼のサイクロン絡みも面白かったです

I've played 2,3 and 4 except 1 and 5. I'd say 3 had the Best Graphics and Sound Tracks for each match compared to 2 and 4, even the Special Shot Effects just looks Better and don't feel as Weird as 4 does. The Best Childhood memories of playing it so many times and still doesn't get bored of it because of the difficulty in the game.

I agree, CT3 is by far the best in terms of graphics and sound. There are many memorable tracks and events. Though I have yet to play CT2 (CT1 & CT5 as well), I've watched a couple of videos and have an idea of what it's like. And CT4 looked more like a downgrade, to be honest.

Even with the snes flashy effects, this game looks worse than the 8 bit games in my opinion. Nevertheless it looks awesome. Great game vs Italy, there were some heart racing moments. Wakashimazu FTW.

Yes, indeed. Every time you lose you'll go back 1 match, but your team will level up after it.

Todo depende que tan alto sea el nivel que tengas para enfrentar a Italia, cuando juegas contra ellos su nivel es de 53, como mínimo debes llegar con nivel 49 o 50 para hacerles frente.

Para anotarle a Gino voy a darte varias opciones: 1. Con el tiro trueno de hyuga. O también con el superavance de hyuga y gastas poca fuerza. 2.con la chalaca doble al hacerla varias veces, en una de esas a Gino se le pasa el balón. Igual me pasó una vez con el tiro de armand , lo intente varias veces hasta que en una a Gino se le pasó y gol. 3. Con Oliver(también lo he hecho con Andy Johnson) ingresas a la zona de penal y enfrentas a los defensas , alguno de ellos en cualquier momento te comete una falta para penal. También con Oliver puedes intentar avanzar contra Gino.

I'm in the midst of my first-ever playthrough of this game and my verdict is this: It's a CHEAP ass game.. Midway through, it forces you to lose every other match to overpowered opponents in order to "level up" your stats to beat them. It's a cheap attempt at making the game appear longer and it's cringe-worthy, reminiscent of frustrating NES days. The only other way to win is to cheaply farm penalties with Tsubasa (you eventually discover a pattern to be able to ALWAYS score on penalties) because his dribbling stat is high and/or attempt to heel lift the keepers. What's the fun in that? Half the appeal of Captain Tsubasa is the larger than life shots that send keepers flying through their own nets. Without leveling up, even your most powerful shots are EASILY stopped by overpowered of keepers of Belgium(!), Korea (!!!!) and China (!!!!!!!)). I'd understand overpowered Brazil and Germany and even Italy requiring some level-ups to beat.... But like friggin' China?? Seriously?? I know that there is HUGE sentimental value to this title for those who played it back in the day... But to me, with fresh eyes, that's a dud of a cheap game playing it now. Not that it's hard to beat, it's just cheap and I don't find grinding and farming experience fun or remotely necessary in a Captain Tsubasa title.. The best Captain Tsubasa games in my opinion are the Mega CD and PS2 games. Much more balanced games.

+Saito FX Yeah I agree with you that under the right circumstances, this can be fun. It's after all Captain Tsubasa. I play this on my cell phone, so I suppose that plays into it too. On your cell phone on the go, your fuse for cheapness shorts MUCH more easily hahaha. I honestly don't think the game is challenging. It's just cheap by design. Because if you don't level up, you will NEVER score with even cyclones/Neo Tiger shots. So yes, you can beat the game with minimal losing and grinding; but only by cheaply farming penalties with Tsubasa and/or heel-lifting keepers. To me, that rrrrreeeeeeeeaaaly takes away from the fun. I want to effectively manage my health points and ball movement to score with BIG SHOTS, like the anime. Not dribbling and farming penalties. That's not much of a challenge, just a cheap workaround... And unfortunately the only strategy that works since super shots are absolutely USELESS unless you level up. The game is DESIGNED to make you lose every other game. And I certainly don't want to be forced to lose every time just to be able to effectively use the specials. Am I missing something?

Playing championship match vs. USA now... Ken is a better goalie than Genzo because of his special saves... Sounds manga-ccurate alright! That makes ZERO sense!! Genzo is the Super Great Goal Keeper!! (Never understood why they didn't give Genzo any specials in the games other than PS2.... SGGK in itself is a technique with superhuman reflex) P.s. I just noticed that you are in fact the uploader! :-P Nice game against Italy. Fun to watch :-)

***** Ok I'll try that :-) The way I see it is I could do 2 cyclones and 2 Neo Tiger shots against Belgium or Korea and chances are they would all fail. So heel-lift is pretty safe and uses little health, so even though it might roughly have the same odds as a super shot (a bit higher), I get many more tries which will eventually score. The penalty farming kinda comes with the terrain, not necessarily voluntarily, but as I am setting up, the AI keeps fouling me. But yeah, sometimes it comes it handy as I'm taking 2 straight goals one after the other :-P I gotta say you got a little lucky in this match against Italy. They only had one chance in the whole game at a super shot since the crosses in the penalty area kept coming low. If a few more came high, they prolly would've scored. Btw I'm just observing... Not to take away anything from your game, it was really fun to watch :-) My strategy was heel-lifts in first half, then 2 raijuu shots in the second half with Hyuga kun. I didn't get quite as lucky with their power shots, I got nailed lol. So I barely beat them after a tough battle (6-5). I suppose part of the problem is my expectation that my players are as strong as in the anime/manga.. But really they're not... Well they actually are but only when the AI controls them lol.. While you're making tons of great plays and passes to get a good chance at a shot, the AI dribbles through with ONE guy with unlimited super dribbles and nails your keeper with multiple power shots, like Hyuga would do in the anime :-P I'm sure the AI is having fun :-P I don't know, maybe once I beat the game, I might have a sense of reward and accomplishment. We'll see :-) Would you say Captain Tsubasa IV is a lot better in terms of balance?

+Saito FX Hey buddy. Yeah that's usually how I go about the shots too, close as possible and then super shot. But no matter what, you are forced to lose and level up against a lot of teams. I haven't gotten to Germany yet but I'm sure Brazil and Germany will be something else. But that's ok cuz these are the bosses! It's ok to have to try hard against the final 2 -3 opponents.... But common against China/Korea?? Common :-P Thanks for the tips. Yeah good chatting. Have a good one too buddy :-)
