if sony does a knull movie it will suck unless they bring in andrew garfields spiderman or something. tom hardy's venom lacks the thematic aspect of getting "anti-corrupted". in the original comic venom attaches to spiderman and is partially influenced by spiderman's nature. then captain universe is actually just the ultimate version of that. the deus ex machina works for characters like this because they have a history of being influenced by possessive forces

This event brought some changes. Up until now Knull was described as indestructible and immutable, but this event finale depicts Knull as a replaceable agent of darkness that can be destroyed and his purpose and essence can be assumed by another entity or being.

SPILLMONGERS, ASSEMBLE! Man, I gotta say I found KiB to be a bit underwhelming. Knull was hyped up to be this nigh unstoppable force, but since he's got to earth, he's been behaving like your average cocky villain. We haven't seen the symbiotes actually kill many people, and overall the stakes don't feel nearly as dire as, say when we saw the Nova corps die in Annihilation, or when we saw Cassandra Nova kill all those mutant on that one island. Among other things, but I'm tired of typing lol

Definitely agree, like there is so much that's been missing in this run. Like what ever happened to the Void? The Void by itself can solo the majority of characters in this run. You would think pairing up with a being that decapitated celestials and created All-Black, would need more to bring down. Like honestly, Dark Carnage and Gorr the God Butcher were more impressive than Knull, which is pretty disappointing.

Considering Eddie is now the King in black maybe its Eddie. Which confuses me cause venom beyond venom keeps eddie alive till there were no parts of eddie left at the end of time. I really hop you read and respond to this. Not gonna lie while I'm happy with the overall story Im kinda disappointed we didn't get to see the likes of Blue Marvel, Spectrum, GotG, Gladiator, Hyperion and the Squadron Supreme, even someone like Angela or Immortal Hulk. Personally, I think I've gotten spoiled with DC because when the villian is this large of a threat you get almost the entire roster of the Justice League where as in Marvel some of those heavy hitters kinda get left out to hang and dry cause you're like well I wonder how would this character do in this situation.
