Here is my Condor MOLLE plate carrier in all of its absurdity. I forgot to mention the quick release hooks on the shoulder straps that the battle pack clips into.

These gear videos very much inspired me to join a hvz group, I never thought it was worth it to dump a lot of money into it if I didn’t know if I was gonna stick with it. (It was worth it in the end) bco mrs corona, we haven’t done one lately but this adventure has been very fun and surprisingly easy to find efficient gear for cheap, (I’m currently going to collage, not in the best position to be paying a lot of money for a once in a while hobby) I remember when these gear videos first came out and I thought it was a very interesting thing to get into, and this brings back old memories. In all honesty I have a really big slow moving target. I am designing a lighter kit for Nerf Wars with mobility in mind. This is my heavy rig for HvZ when mobility is secondary to holding the line against a horde of Zeds. :P

That name goes way back. I first used Xavier in my high school french class. We had to pick a french name to use in class. I always liked the name Xavier so I went with that. Then when I got into medieval recreation my senior year I went with a french persona because I liked French armor so I took the name with me and became Capitaine E'Xavier de Normandie, a mercenary and privateer. Since then I have used it in pretty much every system or game I have played in. There are people that have known me for 15 years and still call me Xavier or Xav.

I do not know how much it all weighs. Not all that much. It is mostly cloth, plastic and foam after all. My metal armor weighs way more. Yes, I have ordered a GoPro and plan to wear it at the Fort Worden War in early December. We shall see how much havoc I can wreak.

You should make a shoulder or wrist mounted mega Magnus like your wrist raider

As it is not battery operated it would be very difficult to make a shoulder weapon out of it. A wrist mount would be easier, however, as far as I know the Magnus does not have slam fire so you would still need a functioning trigger which would mean basically just strapping a Magnus to your wrist. I'm not sure how well that would work. I will look into it though. Thanks!
