weapons in video games normally weigh more than normal not to adhere to realistic weights, but to instead more realistically depict their unwieldyness and show off how they take up alot of space on your person. Little known fact that pretty much all games make swords heavy even though its common knowledge that real longswords are only a couple pounds because first edition DnD chose to make them way heavier than irl for that exact reason, and pretty much every video and board game since has just followed that example. That way peoples player characters wouldnt be able to just carry a million swords or javelins in their backpack abusing the fact a sword is actually light because realistically where the hell on your body are you gonna strap like 5-10 giant swords, even if thats actually only like 12-25 lbs which is a normal gear weight for a soldier to heft around it would be extremely inconvenient and unrealistic to do because of their actual dimensions tldr i dont think using elden ring sword weights is a good comparison because of how video games historically hike up the in game weight numbers of things like swords on purpose to depict how unwieldy they are rather than their actual weight, and as a side note i feel like those helmets are much heavier than 4 lbs realistically😭 unless theyre super thin but if they were thered be no reason for them to be as big as they are

Maseleum is the only one that can defeat anyone without being leveled or buffed since they dont take damage. Hope we see a dlc version as well since this was the best elden ring video I've seen

I loved this run so much that I'm currently doing one myself and have made an interesting discovery... One of my randomised Summons is the Bladed Abductor Virgin (as opposed to the one with Ghiza's Wheels) and to my complete and pleasant surprise, I found that when I buff this particular summon with the Golden Vow Ash of War (not the Incantation), a single hit from one of their attacks does over 150,000 points of damage at level 4... they are at level 7 and is now doing closer to 250,000 damage per hit... the dagger I have the ash of war equipped to has no levels...

i wish spirit ashes were able to be turned into a proper build to beat the game with in vanilla. they are a cool idea and i love the idea of a summoner play style. but sadly 90% of them suck so bad and are literally useless while the other 10% are nerfed heavily from what they used to be and cant even take half the hp bar of any boss anymore.
