To add to this. If you decapitate an orc Overlord after sieging a fortress in single player, (might have to be in Shadow wars unsure) Talion will actually bring his head with him to the balcony and show it to his troops before throwing it off

one detail that I found cool is in the mission where you save john at the start of the game in rdr2. John actually leaves a blood trail with blood dripping from his leg and when javiers horse isn't moving, the blood droplets form a small puddle. I think it's a detail but idk.

Bit of an oldie, but if you like hidden dialogue check out the 2004 Punisher video game. In the Gnucci mansion if you drop a guy down the well, either by interrogating or throwing them in, they have a bunch of lines about how they're not dead just really hurt and both their legs are badly broken, asking for help until they eventually pass out.

During the dark brotherhood quest where you receive the sealed letter from amaund motierre that needs to be delivered to Astrid, opening the letter before she receives it will unlock a small piece of unique dialogue that chastises you for doing so. On watchdogs legion if you hold L1/Lb on any random person it will say that they are meeting someone or doing something, if you fire a gun and hold L1/Lb again on someone nearby what they were doing before will change to fleeing

There is a reference to Star wars in Assassin's creed Valhalla. A trophy you get through blending in is called "Not the Norse your looking for" which is a reference to obi wan Kenobi's line "These are not the droid s you are looking for". The image/art that's with the trophy also shows Eivor casting two fingers just like obi wan does. Thought it was pretty cool and nice to see

The blind begger in RDR2 made me think of the idle begger in divinity original sin 2 in driftwood. He asks for money for him and his sick dog. If you can speak with animals you can talk to the dog and learn it was actually fine but being manipulated by the man with a studded collar. If helped the dog tells the man off and you can then confront him about the collar
