There is one easter egg that I have not seen people catch. If you beat the arcade / tournament mode with noob saibot he says the following reference. "Now, I am become Death. Destroyer of Worlds". This phrase originally comes from ancient Hindu story, Bhagavad Gita. However, it was famously used by J. Robert Oppenheimer, director of the Manhattan Project during WWII. "Dark Knight" and "Caped Wonder" is definitely a reference to the Injustice games, and "Dark Knight" definitely references Batman, but you are right. "Caped Wonder" is a reference to Robin since his nickname is "BOY Wonder".

The reference to Batman is based on the DLC for Injustice 2 where you can have a Subzero and Raiden as characters. So although the “caped crusader” can imply Superman or Robin, the line itself references their cameos.
