What would be cool is if you made like a 3 or 4 part mini series with the Star Destoyer. Like have a fleet of them vs a rebel fleet and have yours survive, a hunt where it is rebel starfighers vs your ISD over a planet which you lose causing a cool shot of you crashing onto the planet then a ground battle of imperial vs rebel forces with your ISD as your ground base. Then, as cool as the Chimera is, you could design your own paint scheme for an ISD as Grand Admiral Jack

would work if not for the optimation issues, as when you have past a certain point in PCU, The Game lags, like what is shown, doesn't really matter your PC set up, it's the game itself that could cause crashes and more issues, as there isn't many optimation/ game polishing updates for the game for years now.

Only way for it to work is to reduce the size of the ships, and the number of internal components which nobody in this game really does that most build big ships of these sci-fi factions, then post and leave never to return to rebuild and update their designs.

This shows exactly why the Imperial Star Destroyer always utilizes short range fighters and bombers while still having intense fire power. The ISD is definitely more of a policing ship for the Empire than a true warship like the Republic's Venator.

Seeing ISD's shooting red lasers just seems more badass then the green lasers for some reason. Anyways amazing video like always Jack, currently building my own Star Destroyer class for my own faction that'll use this weapon mod along with the TIO superlaser mod. ;)

Nice battle, though I think if you wanted to do a rematch, you might need more Corvettes. 3 could work, 5 might be too much. Or if you wanted a 2 ship limit for the Rebels, you might have to go with frigates or cruisers.

i discovered this game a few days ago. is everyone just in cap ships? no fighters? can you have ai fighters/drones?

You can do fighters :) We mainly do big grids as I find that more fun. If you check out some older videos, you can see us playing in fighters along with capital ships.
