Ay, thanks for the mention, my defense isnt that simple tho :D 1. Xibaqua with 4x 90% resistances 2. Maven's chest for that juicy 40% less chaos dmg taken its super strong with xibaqua 3. Elemental flask ofc 4. 25% less damage taken - resolve 5. Both - armor does work vs ele hits (chaos mastery and jugg note ( 8% and 10%) 6. I could use progenesis, but too poor :( 7. 7250 life like 4500 regen if everything up and 35% ish recoup in 3sec 8. And the last - 8% reduced ele dmg taken at max endu charges - i was So yeah, need to be quite tanky to do it :P

@@ArawnOfAnnwn 4th is "unique" maruder passive - you have to use forbidden flesh and flame. 5th is one from mastery armor and engergy shield and second is just jugg ascendency - unbrekable

quick tip, you can mitigate impale builds by getting immunity to reflected physical damage, as impale counts as reflected damage.

Btw im pretty sure you can basically nullify impale builds completely by having a few sources of reduced phys reflect taken. Lime 1 ring + pantheon or something .

yeah it didn't really occur to me later that impale is reflect damage and gets around bloodnotch so probably need to spec a bit more intentionally for it

Could you cheese this character with doryani's prototype and using a chaos skill that hits hard like hexblast or impending doom? 45% of chaos damage taken as lightning, which CANNOT be converted again because it's not allowed and then deal 45% of that chaos hit as lightning to -200% lightning resist?

this was an idea a guy in twitch chat had, the issue is doryani has "cannot deal non lightning damage" so your hexblast would deal 0 chaos damage and thus would need to have a bunch of added lightning somehow

If there was some way to make a reflect damage build you could bypass Bloodnotch entirely. Reflect damage like the damage done by impale doesn't trigger stuns.

so far impale has seemed effective which means in the future to account for that I need to spec some reduced reflect damage taken just for impale builds I think

I may have missed something, wouldn't an omniscience build be able to penetrate your damage conversion? Either way, insane build and seems like it was a fun project. Kudos!

Omni builds can acquire the pen 100% but generally omni builds have very little defence(easy for me to one shot them) and on top of that omni builds typically are scaling speed/multi hit mechanics that do extremely poorly against bloodnotch sustain. so far I have not died to an omni build(so far they were all bow builds though which is probably on the weaker side of one shot skills)

@@CaptainLance9 Bow builds in general are weak in pvp. But a specific build made for pvp would require a lot of investment and knowlegde about the mechanics of the specific char they have to fight or builds in general. But omni can easierly reach 150+% Pen which would make it possible to be a one shot build without a problem but defence is gonna be a problem no matter what since the stat stacking will be taking over majority of the defensive aspects of the build. a Omni nado basicly only has like 20k armor - 75 res 75 chaos res immunity to ailments and then spell suppress and thats where it ends with a life pool of maybe 4000-4500 depending on currency sunk into the build. Its insane how much investment bow builds needs to be good xD LOVE the content tho :P You are definintly up there with Empyrian and his team of crafters xD Only difference is that you do all of it yourself as i understood :P

I would not recommend this as a build if you intend to do pve content personally but if you wanted to take out the majority of cost of the build and make it a lot more affordable I would suggest dropping suppress all together, dropping tempered by war OR melding so you can afford res without mageblood, and dropping 1 passive voices with the grand spectrums. That should still be a fairly strong functional character but with most the cost taken out. And last use the 6L i had basically empty in the char instead of making a multilink wand. but again I do NOT recommend this build for pve content without more additional tweaks.

I think my Juggernaut Fire Hit Explode Totem would do decent here if it was optimized. Really tanky and huge burst damage that can't be blocked. Fun video!

the res mastery only works on monsters similar to inquisitor resistance ignore so would not work in pvp unfortunately.

All PVP builds in my opinion should have 100% reduce life regen rate for the enemy. It is crazy how many builds in grandmaster who uses RF for damage, or just outright RF build.

PvP LOGIN Very good results for a beginner in PvP, it is hard to build tanky for 1v1s where flasks dont recharge, and also not using any swaps, not even the BCR gem Even tho PvP in this game is very abandoned the balance is suprisingly good, there are many different skills and almost all archetypes viable, tanks, glasscannons and rounded characaters are all good in certain areas, there is no single build type that dominates everything, every build has some counter

thats a good idea, I wonder how it works with pious path if it would disable ES regen as well or only mitigates the life portion. If it disables both then RF will degen me down till I can't be 1 shot but if it only disables life portion you will still be up a creek in defeating this character.

@@FREMENc most grandmasters were added before %regen rate stat was added to the game, as of right now you will need closer to 170% reduced regen rate to brick regen entirely on this char(pantheon+mastery+frostbomb sort of setup). also tested against mark mastery it bricks life regen but not ES regen so I would still sustain my own RF and you would need to overcome the recoup built into character while not dying. mark mastery is great start though.
