For anybody watching this video 3+ years later and do not know, the 12:04 winter camo soldiers are the Chaos Insurgency or CI for short they are a splinter group of MTF Alpha-1 "The Red Right Hand" that were formed by the overseer council into a group named the insurgency to do Alpha-1's dirty work however when they found an anomaly known as "The Engine" they broke off and now the engine uses "The Engineer" as it's way of getting orders to the basic soldieds
