A fun finale to the map! Glad you enjoyed it Jardon! Jardon expressed how he noticed a lot of “observer triggered doors”, and while there were a lot, probably not as many as he thought. Only ~35% were block update/true “observer” based puzzles (although ~85% were redstone triggered). After 75 different ideas over the 3 maps, observers tend to provide a quick, easy, and sometimes interesting method to hiding the door. I had a lot of fun hiding all the references, from the blaze powder coming from the turtle eggs (random loot drops reference) to even some of the door opening tunes being melodies from various games. Some he didn’t understand were the HEP 100% approved (Hermitcraft Environmental Protection), Victor Quartallay (Victor Quartermaine pun), and very subtle Genshin references (some names in books). As many have pointed out, the entirety of the last level is a setting from the game “Imposter Factory”, including the Emerald room and Nether Star room (the thumbnail). The cutscene of the road into it is even how the game starts. The Paris room had several of the hermits, my testers and even some tv show characters. Many of the books throughout the map were actual literature/songs from games and books (one was a translated French poem). The remainder were my own ramblings (I’m not good at that stuff). Thanks everyone who watched him play through this or even played on your own. It may not be the best map in the world but it means a lot to see enjoyment and criticism alike on my largest project.

The map is absolutely amazing but the references take it to a whole another level in terms of enjoyment. I wouldn't believe the day would come when cap talked so much about Genshin Impact and even joked about playing it lol Also we need more Impostor Factory content, I can't see anyone talking about it anymore

Grian occasionally makes a mini-series for the Hermitcraft players + friends where they play a free for all, more anarchy-type playstyle and last one alive wins, with a twist (ex: everyone has a random amount of lives and can only die that many times). The twist(s) will vary between series. BdoubleO (another hermit) said he would betray everyone except the person that gave him a clock, and once he got one he betrayed his alliance for it. Plus he keeps the Hermitcraft server at day all the time by sleeping so no mobs spawn that shouldn't and the server doesn't lag. So it's a running joke that Bdubs loves clocks. Edit: I also love the nods to TCG and Total Chaos, both games were amazing! (Decked out too)

This map was amazing. All the genshin references were amazing and perfect down to the last detail. Honestly, even after watching him play, i might do the map myself so i can get some cool screenshots, brozziest outdid himself the pyramid with the genshin sand puzzles the ship the loading screen baffled me idk how you even do that in vanilla brozziest should stream making the maps honestly i would watch it.

Will say that being an atheist, even a strict one (not just a none), does not render someone totally rational. Some still have strongly held beliefs that I find absurd, including ghosts (which imho makes no sense without an afterlife), or even astrology. Some of those things fall well within "religion," and from a purely rational perspective are indistinguishable from any other deeply held belief in woo (or religious practices). And, to try to parse put which ones are actual religion, vs. which ones are merely silly ideas is a spectacularly dangerous road.
