Honestly these randomizer videos have become sorta like asmr for me. Something is relaxing about randomizer minecraft, which is interesting enough to keep night time existential thoughts away 😀, but also calming enough for me to fall asleep. Downside is, I fall asleep randomly and have to guess where I left off. This is like my 3rd or 4th night trying to watch this 😭

Agreed, maybe starting the series in the nether or finding a way to do skyblock with random items would be a fun spin on the thing. The goal could still be just to beat the game. A modpack with randomized items would be madness to see.

@@stizzysteve1 Yeah, but with modpack, there would be so many new ways to get softlocked that he might need someone to preview it beforehand. Or you could do what Wilbur did with "skyblock except random item every 15 seconds". That way, you would never get truly softlocked forever.

Notes for MR. Sparklez---- Shulker boxes drop themselves and its not random. Breaking a nether portal with a bucket drops something. Soul sand fire and normal fire drop different things.

there's gotta be some random boss mods out there to make the dragon fight more insane. as much as I love these random plays, once someone gears up and finds the portal room it;s kinda just the same repetitive ending we all know. fire 12 arrows and wait for perch. been there, done that. Jardon's a pro, he can beat the dragon with a basic bow and stone sword at this point so the climax is kinda just meh. there has to be a boss mod where going to the end randomizes your boss fight. different bosses, different mobs, special abilities, something.

Kind of a shame that the maps where everything is in easy reach become the most dull to watch. x3 I kinda enjoy watching things slowly coming together over time whilst he struggles onwards more than when he's loaded with diamonds and such in the first episode where an easy win is assured. what if there is a texture pack or mod that does random loot drop, but it shows the item it drops. So like if dirt drops chests, then all the ground is chests visibly. the terrain generation treats it like dirt but the texture pack shows the items it drops. that would be a crazy trip, faster speedruns and due to the chain dropping there would still be some mystery, but the visuals would be wild and you could do more 1-episode runs.

Unfortunately the randomized mod only works for vanilla MineCraft blocks. But he could add a mod that only adds new bosses/mobs to spice things up

Start off with 1 random new Loot drop pack & after u finish the first video, if u can't speed run it, u must change out the randomization pack for a new 1 different from the starting pack. You can turn on cheats to disable and enable whatever datapacks you have in the world. And you can have all the random loot datapacks enabled, but only 1 will work at a time.
