Sodium is a render optimization mod. while Iris is a shaderpack mod that's dependent on Sodium. Iris also uses the same shader packs that you use on optifine

warped forests came in clutch for me in my random table. Warped planks lead to ancient debris, warped nylium ended up being end city loot, and warped trap doors end up being pearls. now i just gotta figure out blaze rods...

to light a portal easy u should build behind the portal on the same level where the portal would spawn. The fire lights the side of the wood & the portal at the same time, rather then waiting for fire to spread to ob that dose not happen often #captinsparklez
