Ew, what is with the vault mob's crit rates? There's something wrong with the math, because Mr "Hyper-aware of each individual heart (and non-damage hits taken)" Jardon has never been so caught off guard like this. Saying that, making resistance, and crit resistance a must-have requirement for armor is a little... I was under the impression those are supposed to be _bonus_ protection, not mandatory. I know they function like vanilla's Toughness armor value, but come on. 😕 Is there something off about the Armor-Piercing modifying value in particular? It's specifically with the crossbows, so that seems like a bug more than intentional viciousness. Kinda like those champion magma cubes were completely a bug, not that Jordan seemed aware of this while recording previous episode... Summarily; they're not supposed to propagate additional champions from larger champion cubes when dividing smaller, _or_ spawn new ones from non-champs. This is at least one known issue I knew about even as a non-player of the vaults. If that's been too hard to patch out... Well, I do at least get that one. The act of "spawning" newer smaller cubes/slimes _would_ make it hard to track if it was a fresh spawner spawn, or creation via larger slime death, because both count as being spawned. 😅

I’m pretty sure it’s intentional. He’s pretty high level so the mobs are already strong, the magmatic piglins are intended to be even stronger, and it was a champion
