Автомобиль супер, особенно дизель 2,2 у меня такая же только 2012 года, проблем вообще не доставляет, особо хочу отметить комфорт зодрвки и семиместный салон, а места в салоне просто ооооочень много, воду в ней габаритные грузы, трансформация салона, качество материалов на высоте, а главное обслуживание недорогое и хотите верьте, хотите нет, кондиционер дует ого-го без единой заправки, а на дворе 2020 год, электрическая часть ни разу не подводила, Кузов стойкий к корозии, машина в гараже не стоит и за 8лет ни одного рыжика, вот так как-то

I have had 2004 Kia Sorento 2.5cdti and 1988 Land Rover 90 2.5tdi, and yes they are great off road. But for real day to day driving in the semi civilised modern world cars like the Captiva are much better. Enough comfort, easy maintenance and economy for the road, and just enough AWD for snow, ice, rain and muddy grass.

For anyone who's saying that this is RWD, the driver turned the anti-skid on, so the computer unfortunately find the front right wheel is not capable to spin, however you can see the front left wheel is spinning together with rear wheels.

We have been running the predecessor to the Captiva, the Adventra for many years and far more capable then the Captiva. Good drive though, nice to see non crazy drivers just hitting that gas pedal and going through with momentum.

AWD probably 80/20 split. Car for perhaps a paddock no more than that.

the front has more power as the engine is mounted the wrong way on all captivas so the rear get more toque than the front but the back can pull or push better

It has a clutch that engages the rear wheels when the computer decides, otherwise it's front wheel drive. Problem is the computer doesn't calculate it very well as you can see from the video. Crappy AWD system.
