Thanks for the video. Kali relies on burp suite and Hydra for brute force, but neither works for brute force.

the issue in this room we have capture on the login form, to best of my knowlege Hydra do not have option to do calculation of the numeric capture, Burp suite I do not think so too. so the only option here is write a script.

Hello ! Nice work ! But i got some probleme there. First i try that method it worked fine. Then i wanted to try again and it always stuck with "Success, rachel, football, 153" which I know it' s wrong. Someone can explain please? I downloaded again files and edit URL of course, it only worked first time x')

I just tried now using the script github.com/djalilayed/tryhackme/blob/main/getusername.py, changed the url / ip address, and run it, output most of it type : colin - Error message: : The user 'colin' does not exist , with just 1 correct that give you the username, I am not sure what is the issue, but may be share the script you are using so I can test it from my side
