Many thanks for doing such a wonderful video. After not having much luck with Registax wavelets and image processing in general, I really must give ImPPG a go. Just being curious, why didn't you use Microsoft ICE for joining the images together? Last night I took images of the rising (almost full) Moon with my Esprit 100 with a 2X teleconverter with an ASI2600MC-Pro at 26M pixels and an ASI294MM camera at 46M pixels. The plan is to overlay the colour image onto the monochrome image. There is a heatwave in the UK, I was sat on a chair next to the mount and scope and it was very pleasant. No gloves, hat or thermals, just normal daytime clothes. The only disturbing thing was noises from animals, it can be very creepy. When I lived in my previous house, I was in the garden looking at the sky at night and there were really loud crunching sounds, it turned out to be a sweet little hedgehog. I can understand why you moved to California.
